Chat to customers and pour drinks behind the bar of a hotel! Managing a bar requires focus, energy, skill and a great attitude. But it can be highly sociable and loads of fun (and the tips you'll make will be an excellent boost to your earnings).

It's not just about entertaining your customers, mixing cocktails and pulling pints - you'll also need to keep track of orders, maintain stock records and keep your bar area dry and tidy. Previous bar experience is always advantageous, while bartending courses offer excellent training in advance.
