Concierge
Impeccably groomed and unfailingly polite, a concierge works in the lobby of a hotel, providing a personal service to a hotel's customers and visitors while managing the lobby's presentation and appearance. Concierges have excellent knowledge of a hotel's surrounding area; they're often required to recommend restaurants, theatres and other attractions.
To be a good concierge you'll need mental flexibility, a genuinely enthusiastic and "can-do" attitude, excellent energy and stamina, and no shortage of patience for dealing with the occasional difficult guest. Concierges often get excellent tips in exchange for their knowledge tips!
