About Chalet Beau Soleil

Our Chalet is unique - a former hotel with 20 bedrooms converted into a luxury private residence in the 1990s. Offering only half of these rooms means we only offer truly spacious, high-quality accommodation. 

Now owned by a family company with some 18 years’ experience of providing specialised holidays in France and the UK, we are providing a high standard of holidays to our guests in the Alps.  At the end of only our first season we were ranked 3rd on TripAdvisor for speciality accommodation in Chatel.

From its high vantage point in the Abondance Valley, Chalet Beau Soleil is the perfect place to spend a luxurious week enjoying the slopes of the extensive Portes du Soleil region. Ideally located, we are within easy reach of the large resort of Chatel with access to all the lifts along the valley. Staying with us combines the peace and tranquillity of a mountain holiday with easy access to some of the main lifts in the second biggest skiable area in France.
