Events Manager

Exactly as the job title suggests, the events manager manages events. But this large task consists of many little (or not-so-little) ones: liaising with clients and suppliers, overseeing any staff and catering requirements, booking and arranging venues, and ensuring the smooth running of an event on its day!

Event managers need to thrive on challenge and be able to work in fast-paced, people-focused environments. You'll need to be calm under pressure, able to take the large-scale view while remaining aware of crucial details. Previous experience is always beneficial, and the larger the event you've previously managed, the better!
