Hotel Manager
Hotel managers are responsible for the day-to-day management of a hotel, its staff and operations! You'll assume commercial accountability for organising, directing and planning all hotel services, everything from front-of-house to housekeeping. If you're part of a larger management team, you may have a specific portfolio of responsibilities.
You'll need to have great attention to detail as well as an eye for the strategic overview and future forecasting. You'll need good people-skills and the ability to set an example for your co-workers, while simultaneously maintaining superb presentation and service-orientation towards guests. Qualifications and previous experience in hospitality roles are highly advantageous.
