Description

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Admin to join our overseas accounts team based at the stunning Château de Grande Romaine near Paris.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in an accounts role as full training will be given. You will also get the chance to live and work in a fun, exciting and unique environment with other staff from France and the UK

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Entering authorised invoices into the accounts system;
  • Entering supplier payments into the accounts system;
  • Entering and verifying Purchase orders;
  • Reconciling centre petty cash returns;
  • Completing Credit card returns;
  • Checking supplier accounts vs invoice listings;
  • Preparing of monthly stock forms.

Requirements

Experience in basic accountancy or financial administration within PGL is desirable, as is the ability to communicate in French. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an eye for detail, have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, plus excellent communication and organisational skills.

Successful applicants are required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure, which PGL will pay for. You need to possess the legal right to live and work in the UK to be considered for employment with PGL.
