Platinum Recruitment’s Front of House Division is currently representing a city centre corporate hotel in Leicester and have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Front Office Manager to join their team.

This modern hotel boasts a contemporary interior, and a large Reception lobby. They now look for an Assistant Front Office Manager to display the Hotel’s high standards in a guest-facing front.

Role
Previous hotel reception experience using Opera is essential. You will provide outstanding guest service with a smile, ensuring complaints are handled appropriately, and that all Reception operations follow the brand standard. This a great opportunity as an Assistant Manager, leading the small team by example with great career progression opportunities within the chain of hotels.
