ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGERS X 4 - HOTELS AND PRIME RESIDENTIAL

THE COMPANY

Our client is client is a large main contractor based in London who are looking to appoint 4 x Assistant Project Managers for their latest £500M flagship project in Central London.
They are privately owned and have achieved impressive growth, year on year, for the past 5 years, and are financially very stable. They are in an excellent position to build on their success. They specialise in high spec bespoke hotel residential projects, as well as being main contractors on some of the city's major development such as the Olympic Park and other landmark buildings.

THE PROJECT
Their latest flagship project is the £500m conversion of a well known Listed Building in the heart of the Central London, into a hotel.

THE CANDIDATE
They are looking for Assistant Project Managers who can demonstrate career stability, serving not less than 3 years in their previous role.
Due to the size and demands of this project is essential that all Assistant Project Managers have a minimum of 2 years' experience, some of which must have been served with a main contractor. It is also imperative that you have previous experience working on hotel / high end residential projects.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING
It is essential that all Assistant Project Managers have the following:

*BSc in Construction management or equivalent
*Black CSCS card (management level)
*SMSTS
*NHBC Standards
*Building Regulations (including Part B)
*Scaffolding Inspection
*Crane Rescue
*Fire Warden training

Desirable qualifications and training include:

*MSc in Construction Management or Project Management
*BREEAM
*CDM Regulations
*First Aid at work
*4 Projects
*MS Projects or ASTA
*JCT Contracts
*Temporary works
