Description

We are looking for a hands on Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team within our fast paced and busy Brasserie.
 
As part of the Restaurant Management team you are responsible for ensuring that our team is motivated, enthusiastic and happy to ensure that our members are provided with the utmost professionalism by our friendly and attentive staff.

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager you will have excellent level of standards and the experience working within modern Brasserie with the ability to lead by example and inspire your team to reach goals together.

Requirements

Experience of managing a team is essential and also being responsible for back office tasks and duties to ensure that we have enough staff to cover the rota, orders are completed and stocks are maintained.

You should also possess: Level 1 & 2 qualification in basic food hygiene, preferably with an NVQ in food service and bar work, and/or an NVQ in customer service; proven knowledge of bar service and awareness of licensing laws; ideally, wine knowledge with the WSET Level 2 qualification.
