Senior/ Associate Project Architect - Residential/Hotels

Central London

£45,000 - £60,000

A top AJ100 practice who have a fantastic reputation and take pride on their great work-life balance and staff wellbeing, is looking for an Associate or Senior Project Architect to join their team for their Residential and Hotel project needs. You will be working with a team of Architects and Assistants across all RIBA work stages but with a focus on delivery. The studio has genorous staff benefits and exciting projects. Their staff turnover is exceptionally low but due to an increase in projects, a rare opportunity has arisen to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent experience working in either residential or hotel projects, have worked on large schemes, managed a team and be confident with every aspect of the Design and Technical processes. Working Revit knowledge would be hugely beneficial however training can be provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you will:

Lead a team of Architects and Assistants

Confidently manage projects with a 'hands-on' approach

Collaborate with other Senior Architects/Associates

Liaise with clients to CEO level

Develop the brand with Directors and other Senior members

RELATED JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

The following requirements are essential to this position:

A minimum of 5 years post Part 3

ARB Registered

Very confident at all management and presentation stages

Over 5 years UK practice experience (at Part 3)

Experience working on Residential or Hotel projects

Working knowledge of Revit

High-rise experience

Experience on £10mil+ projects

Very strong communication skills

Experience of leading a team

Astute attention to detail

Very able to network and represent the practice
