Do you have a background in property but want to move away from traditional estate agency?

Do you want to work somewhere that’s fast paced, exciting and rewarding?

Our client is looking for individuals to join their rapidly expanding Online Auction Concierge team in Lewknor, Oxfordshire.

The role will involve working alongside their partnership companies as well as building exceptional rapport with new and existing clients.

A background in estate agency is required but ongoing training is provided for this role as well as the opportunity to take a NAEA qualification.

The ideal candidate would be a real go-getter who wants more than the standard 9 – 5 job and is interested in growing with the team as it expands.

Main duties of this role:

You will discuss the suitability of the property to make sure it meets the online auction requirements.
You will be responsible for looking after a specific number of clients and guiding them through the auction process.
Ensuring parties are always kept up to date and fully supported through the process.
Building rapport with new and existing clients.What you will get in return…

Not only will you be working at a brand-new office you will be receiving a competitive basic salary of £18,000 - £23,000 per annum depending on experience.

There will be a target threshold to hit, if you hit the target or exceed it, you will get a % of the income, so the OTE could be as much as £35,000 per annum in your first year of employment.

The hours of work are on a rota basis and the shifts are: 08:30 – 17:30 or 09:30 – 18:30! You will also receive 20 days annual leave and bank holidays
