Savoie Faire Holidays, a privately owned chalet company, has
been offering luxury catered holidays in this region since 2006. We
are currently looking for 2 staff for this coming winter season; a
Chalet Chef and a Chalet Host and we are happy to consider
applications from couples, friends or individuals for these roles.
We have a base of loyal clients who return to us each year and our
staff are an integral part of the success of the business.
Our chef will be responsible for menu planning and delivery of
excellent meals throughout the season. These include breakfast and
cake/biscuits for afternoon tea, pre-dinner canapes and 4 course
evening adult meals. There will be some weeks when children's meals
will be required. The chef will also need to cater for various
dietary requirements and will be responsible for sourcing all of
the food.
The chalet host is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness
of the main chalet on a day to day basis, weekly changeovers, assisting the chef in the
kitchen and serving breakfast and the evening meal.
Candidates will need to have a clean driving license and demonstrate a passion for customer
service and have an eye for detail and will also be willing to work
as part of a small team to deliver the perfect holiday experience for the
guests.

Competence in English for both roles and a catering qualification or experience for the Chalet Chef role.
Ideally an EU passport or French work permit but this is not a deal breaker for the right candidates.
