Do you have a passion for bringing food and people together? Are you looking for a rewarding job with great opportunities for personal development?

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, positive and motivated full-time General Manager to join the Creativevents Team! We’re looking for an individual who has a flair for customer service, has strong communication skills, has a friendly attitude towards colleagues and customers.

You will be responsible for the full operational and commercial responsibility of the catering business at Charlton Athletic Football Club. You will always operate to the very highest standards within the industry, ensuring that all customers receive the very highest standards and customer experience. Pro-actively develop all aspects of the operations whilst ensuring maximum commercial efficiency.

Requirements
You will have previous contract catering experience in a similar position. You will have good financial knowledge, supporting and coaching your team to deliver financial budgets. Good Client and people management skills is essential for this role. You must have exceptional communication skills and be someone who leads by example. You must be enthusiastic and highly motivated, with the ability to get on with colleagues and customers.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and provide valid right to work in the UK.
