Chalet couple required to provide 5* luxury service and cuisine in Zermatt, Switzerland over the Christmas and New Year holidays!

Mountain Exposure is the leading luxury chalet operator in Zermatt. We are looking for a chalet couple to take care of their
guests and prepare great cuisine. One of you will be a qualified and experienced chef; the other an exceptional host.

Key responsibilities of the Chef:

We take great care to provide only the finest cuisine to our guests.

You will have had at least 3 years of relevant restaurant/catering experience.

Gourmet quality cuisine - working within a budget, you will be responsible for food ordering, menu design and planning, and providing
full breakfast, afternoon tea, 3 canapés and a three/four course evening meal.

Key responsibilities of the Host:

Provide a welcoming atmosphere, showing guests to their rooms and helping with luggage. Preparing and serving breakfast and evening meals and maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen. Maintaining the chalet's orderliness and cleanliness. Ensuring the health & safety of guests at all times. The chalet cleaning is managed by an external company.

Salary is 1,200 Chf (Swiss Francs) net per week, free accommodation is provided, and we cover travel expenses up to 250 Euros. Please send us your CV by clicking on the button below, and from chefs we would need a 6 day menu plan, to include 2 canapés, and 3 courses.

Requirements

Chefs should have at least 3 years restaurant or chalet experience.

Hosts should be able to handle silver service standard.
