Job title: Concierge
Location: Fountain House, Halesowen (B63 3BL).
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 + benefits package.
Concierge with ‘front of house’, help-desk, excellent communication and problem-solving skills is sought by a large 68,000 sq ft serviced office space, Fountain House, to serve over 350+ (and growing) office staff.
In this position, you will act as the first point of contact for a number of company employees, facilities, visitors and deliveries and will be required to accurately and effectively record and pass on information between individuals, departments and companies.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied, and you will liaise with a wide variety of people and perform a variety of tasks and as such, you will be required to communicate effectively and confidently with staff within all areas of the companies, across multiple sites and you will also be required to display confident leadership when presented with emergency incidents or drills.

* Must have excellent communication skills, with a patient and helpful attitude.
* Must have a positive “can do” approach to issues arising for themselves and others.
* Must be able to deal in a respectful and friendly manner with all visitors.
* Must display a “get to know you” approach to all staff, building a friendly yet professional rapport.
* Must be polite and helpful yet able to display a confident and firm manner in dealing with visitors and staff if required.
* Must be a vigilant individual, able to confidently identify, raise and deal with issues pertaining to the security and safety of the building and those within it.
* Must be honest and trustworthy.
* Must have a good understanding of IT, particularly Microsoft Office.
* Must be confident in the use of a broad spectrum of forms of communication such telephones, radios, email and social media.
* Shall be required to monitor CCTV.
* Shall be required to greet and assist visitors at Fountain House.
* Shall be required to accept, record and secure deliveries to Fountain House.
* Shall be required to effectively receive and deliver detailed hand-over briefs from members of the Security Team.
Advantageous, but not essential skills include:
* First Aid Trained.
* Fire Marshall Trained.
* IT Qualifications.
