Description

We are recruiting for a Concierge to join the team at a high-end residential development based in Reading. You will be required to work 3 days on 3 days off from 7am/8am - 7pm/8pm. This is a permanent full-time position paying a salary of £23,000pa.

What will you be doing as Concierge?

Working front of house meeting and greeting residents.
Delivering world-class customer service.
Taking enquiries.
Resolving complaints.
Building patrols.
General admin duties.
Ensuring all company standards are met to the highest level.
Adhering to health and safety protocol.
Post room duties
What are we looking for?

It is essential that you have previous experience in a previous in a customer facing role.
Someone who is passionate about delivering 5* Customer Service. You will be representing the face of the company so you must have a professional attitude.
Able to communicate professionally with clients and other team members.
Highly presentable
Someone who is professional at all times.
Driven with strong career aspirations.
Proactive and able to think outside the box.
