Description

Our client, a luxury award winning hotelier, with multiple sites in the lake district is looking for a Duty Hotel Manager to join their team in Millbeck, Keswick. As a key member of the team, you will support the General Manager and Deputy Manager in the day-to-day operations of their busy hotel, whilst overseeing management of our two busy bars. On offer is a salary of £25,000-£26,000, 28 days annual leave, 50% staff discounts on all hotels and restaurants, monthly prize draws, fully funded hospitality courses and a great company pension.

As a Duty Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for

* Delivering service to the highest standard and creating a great guest experience in the process.

* Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service

* Assisting in recruitment, training, and developing the team

* Incentivising team members to maximize sales and revenue within the bar

* Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, food safety and all health and safety legislation

* Assisting in all other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

Essential skills/ requirements

* At least 2 years expereaince working as a Duty Hotel Manager

* Impeccable attention to detail

* Strong organisational & leadership skills
