The Operation...

Located in the heart of Inverness, the property is expertly, tastefully and immaculately maintained by the experienced management, and has garnered a multitude of accolades for both its dining and guest experience.

The Job and You...

You will report directly to the Hotel GM and although the focus will be within Guest Services, you will receive exposure to all aspects of the day-to-day running of the hotel. Guest satisfaction is paramount here so staff development and mentoring is vital, in order to both meet and exceed the guest expectations. Very much a hands-on, customer-led role, definitely not for a desk jockey! The role would be ideal for an ambitious supervisor or head of department, looking to take the next step in their career and continue their learning and development. Existing assistant and duty managers will very much be considered also. Ideally, candidates should have 4-star plus experience.
