Description
We are seeking a European Speaking Hotel Administrator to join a highly successful travel company based in London. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a multi-lingual professional from a hotel background in either reservations or reception looking for career within a tour operator working Monday to Friday office hours.
This forward thinking and well established travel company offer a range of travel products across the globe.
European Speaking Hotel Administrator Duties:
* Timely monitoring all the outstanding responses from travel suppliers such as extension of deadlines, confirmation/cancellations of bookings, room breakdown amendments, special requests, proforma invoices, and contacting suppliers.
* Screening and accurate archiving of responses from suppliers.
* Monitoring outstanding pre-payments and following up with suppliers.
* Confirming travel bookings.
Essential Requirements:
* Fluency in English, written and spoken is a must to communicate smoothly with the colleagues and the suppliers.
* Additional European language skills are ideal.
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills
