Gather & Gather – Events Staffing Manager
We are currently recruiting for a Events Staffing Manager to join our wonderful team in London.

This role reports to the HR & Compliance Manager and you will be responsible for managing the planning, recruitment, induction, training and operational delivery for all staffing, whilst ensuring the best possible quality of casual workers are booked for work for all events.

The main duties will include but not limited to:
· Implement staffing strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels
· Assist with recruitment plan for all events to ensure the right level of staff are recruited to fulfil the business need
· Manage the selection of staff to ensure the right balance of skills and experience for the vacancy
· Book and confirm the appropriate levels of staff for all events, ensuring positive communication in a timely manner
· Liaise with recruitment agencies as and when required
· Manage the staffing agencies Preferred Supplier List and Service Level Agreement process

Requirements
You will have a minimum of three years proven track record in event staffing and be familiar with event staff booking systems and associated financial controls. You will have good knowledge of induction training schemes & processes as well as induction training. You will be able to demonstrate a track record in cost management & staff leadership and excellent personal, written and verbal communications skills.
