An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a Branded Hotel as a Front of House Manager. Located in Knightsbridge.

Working closely with your team, you’ll make sure that all colleagues are aware of each day’s business such as any VIP guest for the day and any special requirements that may be needed. We are looking for someone with the ability to quickly build strong working relationships as the role requires working closely with a range of other departments including housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance and F&B operations.

We are looking for someone who ideally is in a Reception Manager role and looking for the next step in their career. Strong administrative skills is key and the ability to motivate their teams and delegate effectively. Knowledge of Opera is essential.

Exceptional communication skills are a real necessity, and you’ll need to be able to build effective and strong working relationships with a range of key stakeholders in the business, as well as create a rapport with guests & delegates.

The ideal Front Office Manager will:

* Front Office experience within a high volume business

* Able to differentiate between different guest types and in-house guests

* Experience of adhering to hotel & company procedures

* Experience of supervising a team and developing team members

* Pro-active team player who easily connects with others

* Experience at responding to guest feedback to a high standard

* Strong motivational and leadership qualities

* Passion for the hospitality industry

* Ability to work in a large team

* Strong analytical skills

* Be well organized and motivated

* Passionate about exceeding guest expectations

* Able to work in a fast paced working environment and remain calm under pressure

* Possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills

* Opera/HotSos experience
