My client is a well establish gastro pub group with 5 different site all around Southampton. They are looking to recruit an experienced restaurant manager who has the capablity to lead the team to becoming a market leader in the industry.

The service is split between the bar, sit down restaurant and a boutique 14 bedroom hotel. The menu will be a classic British style menu all made freshly with local produce.

The role specifics are:

* Working Monday to Sunday (5days over 7days)
* Open Hours 6am - 10pm
* Mixture of early and late shifts NO SPLIT SHIFTS
* Must be a driver

The ideal candidate would have the following experience:

* Excellent organisation and motivational ability.
* Be hands on, maintaining the standards on the restaurant floor, coordinating the operation during scheduled shifts.
* Able to work any days of the week.
* Able to commute to the sent.
* Relevant experience managing a restaurant.
* Excellent communication abilities in English.
* Stock taking, Rota making, apprisal experience essential
