Looking for a change in scenery?

Head Chef role and Sous Chef roles available for a new concept bar; working with a small group of bars and restaurants who put staff and good times first. Based in Morzine, a ski resort in the beautiful French alps.

We are looking for a top Chef with bags of experience who is keen to help us bring to life a new concept What we are looking for:

• A talented and authentic fresh food chef who is willing to bring their own style to our new concept.

• Able to deliver the highest of standards in a fast paced working environment.

• Experience in running all aspects of a kitchen from stocktaking to building rotas.

• Must be a team player and would be willing to play a key role in the success of the business

• A love for the mountains and a keen interest in snowsports

Requirements

Required experience

We require experience as a restaurant chef as a Sous chef or above. Most importantly we are looking for someone with bags of enthusiasm who is excited at the prospect at showing their skills in the kitchen.
