*To generate revenue through proactive sales action
*To work as part of the front office sales/reservations team, managing the PMS to produce maximum revenue and in accordance with operational standards
*To participate, in partnership with the whole team, in the development of the business and its ongoing success and the achievement of its customer service objectives

effective process all enquiries and provide a high level of customer care before, during and after the guests stay

*Identification of sales leads and proactively seek new business
*Make prospecting calls to potential clients
*Establish and maintain good relationships with conference agents
*Identify opportunities through account penetration calls and maintain customer profiles
*Follow up brochure leads
*Manage lapsed and historical clients to ensure repeat business
*Encourage repeat business through the establishment of good client relationships
*Liaise with guests during their stay and assist in the operation when required to ensure service is delivered to the agreed standards
*Prepare accurate invoices and ensure that these are sent out in a timely manner and that the company credit policy is adhered to
*Demonstrate flexibility to meet evening and weekend customer demand, where necessary, for show rounds, familiarisation trips, open days etc.
*To play a full part in a participative and integrated reception and reservation team assisting in the checking in and out of guests as required
*Day to day management of the PMS, ensuring timely and accurate recording of client requirements
