Description

My client near St Ives, Cornwall, are seeking a Food & Beverage manager to join their management Team at this stunning coastal Hotel Resort.

I am seeking a candidate who is passionate about a career in Hospitality, looking to drive the F&B Operations forward.

You will take complete control and accountability for the day-to-day food and Beverage operations of the hotel, ensuring the management of the departments are meeting set criteria.

You must also ensure all employees consistently achieve product and provide a first class service to hotel guests and ensure that company standards are adhered to.

You must support and action within the team and department and monitor and comply with all company and legal statutory requirements.

Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years management experience within the food and beverage operations within a high volume Hotel.

Full time permanent contract offering £36,000 - £38,000 per annum plus company benefits
