Hotel Manager Central London up to 70k plus Bonus -

We are looking for a Hotel Manager who will represent our brand by delivering and exceeding our guest expectationsand As a Hotel Manager’s responsibility includes the day-by-day management of the whole hotel and its staff. He/she has the accountability for planning, organizing and directing all hotel services, like Front Office, Food & Beverage and Housekeeping. In larger hotels, Hotel Managers lead a general management team, composed of departments like guest services, accounting, marketing etc. He/she has to keep holding a strategic overview and planning ahead to maximize profits.

For this Hotel Managers role you must have had a background in Food and Beverage management in a good quality large volume four star hotel environment. Reporting into General Manager you will have full support and training on rooms and reservations management.

·The ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast paced, pressurised environment

·You will be obsessed about brand standards and genuinely care about guest experience and exceeding guest expectations.

·Previous experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager

·You are a great leader and strive to develop our hotel team

·A good working knowledge of Microsoft and knowledge of Reservation Systems (Opera/MARSHA or OnQ).

·You will have the ability to remain calm during difficult situations or in a very busy environment
