The role:
My client has an exciting new opening for an experienced Reception Supervisor to join their team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to the guests throughout this critical department of the Hotel.

Duties will include:
- Ensuring guest experience an excellent customer service journey
- Supervising the reception team to ensure consistent levels of customer service and processes are implemented and maintained
- Assisting with all tasks associated with rotas, recruitment , development and training of new and exciting members of the team
- Gaining a thorough understanding of accounting tasks such as banking, guest bills and banking
- First point of call for any guest complaints or issues, resolving these in a professional and efficient manner.
- Working with management to meet and exceed targets in place
- General reception duties when needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar roles within the hotel / Hospitality industry
- Exceptional communication skills, able to build and development strong working relationships with guests , staff and management with ease
- Highly organised and motivated , able to in the absence of management lead the team
- Experience using Property Management Systems such as Opera/ Guestline and Fidelio
- A true team player but able to trust own initiative and think on your think
- A genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations
- Looking to further career with one of the most regarded hotels in the County
