OSR Recruitment are proud to be working alongside a Hospitality business in Aldeburgh to recruit for an experienced and motivated Receptionist to join their busy and friendly team. The role is a full time permanent contract. You will be working 8 hour shifts and vary from starting at 07.30am or 15:30pm, however these will be arrange way in advance.

Your duties will include:

* Completing procedures when guests arrive and leave
* Preparing bills and taking payments
* Dealing with bookings
* Making reservations including the restaurant
* Dealing with possible customer complaints or problems
* Taking and passing on messages to guests

Desired Skills:

* Own mode of transport
* Knowledge of PMS systems
* Excellent communication skills
* Comfortable working under pressure and in busy periods
* Professional telephone manner
* Work well within a team environment
* Excellent organisational skills
* Flexibility in working hours (early, late and weekend shifts)

For this role the salary starts at £16,000, and there is potential for bonuses to be added frequently for hard working team members.
