Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced receptionist looking to join a successful company in Central London working in Serviced Apartments and Boutique Hotels.

As a Receptionist you will be the first point of contact both face to face and over the phone, providing courteous and efficient service to all guests. You will be responsible for greeting guests in a warm, friendly manner, dealing with all requests and queries efficiently and professionally and communicating with the various departments of the company accordingly.

Duties include:

Taking reservations for apartments by phone, e-mail and walk-ins
Emailing booking confirmations
Liaising with housekeeping and maintenance team to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals
Checking guests in and out and allocating rooms
Diary Management
Data entry
Taking cash and credit card payments
Dealing with and resolving guest complaints
Filing, faxing, photocopying and scanningThe ideal candidate will have some Opera experience or Site Minder System and good IT skills, including Word, Excel & Outlook.
