TRAK Employment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client in Swindon for a Hotel Receptionist to join a busy, well established hotel on a part time permanent basis.

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone with a professional attitude, well presented, strong communication skills and excellent problem-solving skills.

Hotel Receptionist main duties include:

* Provide a professional reception service to all customers and visitors

* Check guests in and out of the hotel

* Ensure that the client receives the highest possible standard of hospitality and exceed expectations

* Answer the phones in a polite and courteous manner and deal with any request in a timely and efficient fashion

* Complete relevant administration when required

Working hours:

The successful candidate must be flexible to work from Monday to Sunday.

Shift Patterns: 07:00am – 15:00pm and 15:00pm – 23:00pm

16 hours as standard, however could increase to 32 hours some weeks
