An exciting opportunity for experienced room attendants with excellent communication and inter-personal skills to work in a new 5* Hotel/Lodge based in the Borough of Enfield

Tasks and responsibilities will range from cleaning rooms and public areas.
The Room Attendant will also play a valued part in the smooth delivery of the highest standard customer service with a high attention to detail, work integrity and efficiency.

The successful candidates will be part of the wider Operations department and expected to work closely with Maintenance, Housekeeping and Cleaning, as well as other departments. As a result, a presentable look and good communication skills will be an essential part of this role.

The position will involve working irregular hours (e.g. evenings / Saturdays / Sundays / Bank Holidays). therefore, flexibility towards working hours are essential.


·Service rooms and public areas to the required high standard

·Ensure room necessities and other items are accordingly stocked and available for guest use

·Responsibly handle guest property as per set procedure

·Ensure the correct chemicals and cleaning methods are implemented

·Report damage or items out of order to the Head Housekeeper

·Comply with H&S, hygiene and other relevant training and guidelines

·Carry out regular deep cleaning or areas as per assigned schedule

·Maintain clean and tidy working areas at all times


Good level of spoken English is essential and additional languages would be desirable

Proven track record of Customer Services to include liaising of personnel of junior, senior and VIP level

Hours are covered over 5 days to include evenings and weekends

Candidates should live in easy commute distance to Enfield and car owners preferred (not essential)
