PERMANENT POSITION - 347/22 - HOTEL SALES MANAGER - Southampton
Our client a prestigious Hotel in Southampton is looking to recruit a Hotel Sales Manager.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum DOE
Are you a passionate Hotel Sales Manager who would like to work alongside a dynamic GM representing a hotel set in a stunning setting in Southampton.
As part of this role you will be expected to manage a team and collectively generate new business for the venue, with a focus on events, conferencing and weddings, spa and the bars and restaurants as well as maintaining existing relationships with clients. Ideally the successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of the local area and be prepared to use and improve on marketing strategies to continue to drive the business forward and maximise revenue.
To be considered for this role the ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience as Hotel Sales Manager within an established hotel environment to 4/5* standard. You will be motivated and target driven, with experience of managing a team. Experience with improving revenue for the venue as a whole is desired.
