The role

We are recruiting for a Hotel Manager to work at a luxury hotel based in North West London. You will have extensive experience in people management, customer service and a full understanding of day to day operations. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role is essential to be considered.

What will you be doing?

Day to day management of the hotel and operations
Full staff management including training, appraisals and recruitment
Leading by example
Overall budget responsibility
Ensure health and safety legislation is being met
Accountable for customer experience, ensuring world class / consistent customer service is being delivered at all times.

Someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional standards of customer service
Someone who has previous experience managing people within a similar environment (Hospitality/residential)
You will have experience with budgeting
You will be able to cope under pressure
