Description

Our client is seeking a reliable, committed and approachable candidate to work night shift.

Working 37.5 hours a week, 10pm - 8am with shifts scattered to include weekends. The salary will be £19,890 per annum which is equivalent to £10.20 per hour.

Candidates without a DBS will be under supervision and a risk assessment will be taken out. If you an enhanced DBS please let us know.

A candidate with a background in security, concierge or support assistant experience is advantageous.

You are point of contact for residents throughout the evening.

Duties to include:

Managing health and safety, fire risks, security
Liaising with residents e.g. dealing with complaints, managing challenging behaviour, taking rent payments, delivering limited advice, signposting to other services
Other customer service roles - e.g. responding to enquiries, taking payments from customersReliability is paramount, please consider this prior to applying.
