The Role

Purchasing Manager – Hotel / Restaurant Sector F&B

The Organisation

This is a chance to join one of London’s leading eateries, preparing and supplying premium food to guests and customers.

The Position

As a key member of the management team you will be tasked with managing both the Purchasing team and function delivering cost effect solutions and acting as a first line contact for both warehouse and stores and all third - party supplier and vendor.

Duties

* Ensure all orders are fully processed both accurately and in a timely manor

* Track all orders and deliveries ensuring all is within agreed KPIs

* Analyse purchasing trends, cost control, wastage and packaging innovation

* Oversee all indirect processes such as restaurant services, foods and beverages.

* Coordinate the process of all Purchase orders and order coding.

The Person

* Advantage given to candidates who have worked within a similar industry

* Must have a recognized background working a senior or management level Procurement role

* Industry relevant degree or certified professionally within Procurement or Supply Chain

* Excellent planning skills and an analytical approach to your work

What’s on offer?
