Total Staff Hospitality are very excited to announce that our client, a luxury Hotel operator, is looking for a Reception Manager for their 4 Star property in Gerrards Cross

With 150 rooms, restaurant, bar lounge and events for up to 500, I am looking for someone who is professional, courteous, efficient, well-presented and above all an experienced hospitality manager

Duties will involve managing all Reception functions including:

* Maintaining operating standards according to Company SOP for Reception and Night departments.
* Responsible for Night Manager, Head Receptionist and teams (9 staff)
* Ensure all guests receive an excellent level of service at all times
* Achieve budgeted targets for Revenue, Sales and GOP, and control of departmental expenses including wages in line with business levels.
* Implement and monitor departmental training plans, motivating the entire team to achieve desired standards, and carrying out appraisals and the performance review process
* Set and review objectives for Departmental Managers & Supervisors
* Assist with preparation of Rooms division annual budget and business plan
* Duty Management as required.

Ideally:

* 3-4 year's Reception experience in similar environment, with knowledge of corporate & leisure markets.
* Operational experience in Reception, Reservations and Night Audit
* PMS system knowledge (property uses Entirety)
* Sales /Yield/ Financial Awareness
* Interviewing/Appraisal/training
* Able to motivate self and team
* High level of man-management and team building skills
* Well presented with an outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal skills and professional manner.
* Must be I.T. literate
* Excellent command of written & spoken English
* First Aid at Work Certificate holder
* Personal Licence Holder
