Description

Host Savoie is an established chalet operator with 5 properties in Morzine. At the beginning, Host Savoie was (and still is) Andy and Sylvie in Morzine. Since 2005, we grow and new projects were added to our portfolio which it takes away some of our attention from the catered chalets in Morzine. As we still want to provide extra-miles customers service, fantastic and cosy accommodation and great support for our team members in resort, we are seeking a Resort Manager for our operation in Morzine to report directly to us, the company directors.

- IN A NUTSHELL -

The Resort Manager will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of service, catering and cleanliness throughout the chalets over the whole season. You will need to manage the daily smooth running of all the chalets in resort, providing guests with a stress-free holiday of a lifetime and taking other team members under your wing to ensure that they have a great professional experience.

You will meet with Andy and Sylvie for a few days in November in Wales (Machynlleth) to organise pre-season training for the rest of the team, and to be ready to tackle the winter season with all the right tools in place and a great understanding of our operation and our philosophy.

- IN A BIT MORE DETAILS -

  • Introduce yourself to every customer on their first day with us, answering questions and collecting payment for lift passes if applicable.
  • Make sure that all the guests are equipped and know where to go for their first day.
  • Check up on guests throughout the week, asking proactively if your guests had a great day and if you can do anything for them.
  • Be the point of contact for any queries and organise any ski lessons, restaurant bookings etc if needed.

B/ MAINTAINING STANDARD

There are no two ways about it: Standards needs to be maintained throughout the season. Our first and last customers need to receive the same service, eat the same great food, rest in a very clean bedroom and enjoy staying in a fresh and well looked after chalet with friendly and conscientious team members.
The Resort Manager is solely responsible for making sure that the standards set at the start of the season are maintained throughout.

C/ TEAM MEMBERS
