We are looking for a Senior Concierge to provide exceptional service to residents and guests at a residential development in SE London (Greenwich). We require a strong people manager with experience of looking after a team of 5+.
The Senior concierge is the first point of contact to all: residents, owners and visitors. The senior concierge is to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained throughout the site. The senior concierge will be responsible for supporting the Building Manager for the overall management of the site and assist the Building Manager and Property Manager with all performance related issues and building issues.

Overview of the role:
To ensure the duties of all staff are carried out in accordance with their specific job descriptions and contracts of employments to a satisfactory standard.
To ensure the correct conduct of all staff, implementing the relevant training and addressing any staff misconduct issues or escalating further if necessary
To coordinate the day-to-day staff working rota with support from the Account Management team
To have overall responsibility for all fire and emergency procedures and ensure relevant preventative measures are undertaken
To coordinate and oversee regular building inspection, maintenance and repairs, and ensure all facilities are in compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and building codes
To ensure all maintenance contracts including all Health & Safety requirements are carried out according to the planned schedule
To issue the necessary Work Permits and supervise all internal or external contractors / sub-contractors employed by the management company
To support the Property Manager in liaising with contractors and other third-party service providers
To delegate or monitor activities of contractors appointed by apartment owners as effects the communal areas and building's security
To respond to all inquiries / complaints by leaseholders and building residents, and resolve any problems or issues prior to escalation
To maintain a safe environment for building occupants and visitors
About you:
We are looking for someone with experience of a delivering exceptional Concierge services in 5* hotels or luxury residential developments.
You will need to be passionate about making residents' experience the best it can possibly be and have an unflappable temperament.
You will need to be resourceful, pro-active, professional and enjoy being part of a bigger team.
You will also:
Be a great communicator with a high level of written and spoken English
Have exceptional personal presentation
Have proven experience of managing a larger team
Have knowledge of operational procedures withing residential development
