Site Supervisors – High End Luxury Hotel & Residential Projects

* They will take you on direct and pay you £22ph plus reasonable travel.

* Generally 10 hours per day – 7.30am to 6pm. Weekend working provided where possible too.

* Central London projects

* High end fit out experience and joinery background preferred if possible.

The Company

My client is a leading Main / Principle Interiors Contractor, providing products and services to create high end luxury interior environments in the High End Residential, Leading Hotels and Restaurants in the London and the UK. They focus on winning complex and interesting projects covering all aspects of construction, major structural adaptations, cut & carves extensions before refurbishing and fitting out to the very highest of standards.

The Site Supervisors Role:

Focusing on Projects in the High End Hotel & Residential sector they are looking for a Site Supervisors to assist in the delivery of complex refurbishment and interior fit-out projects, to an exclusive clientele, throughout Central London. You will join a senior management team made of individuals who have come together with extensive experience in the High End Interiors market place.

The Site Supervisor will be:

* Responsible for programme completion – monitoring progress against programme, taking remedial action where appropriate, protecting the company’s contractual position at all times.

* Management of Health & Safety – to implement and maintain high standards of Health & Safety on site in accordance with the company’s H&S policy and construction phase H&S plan.

* Control of site – to oversee all site activities, being available at all times to deal with any site specific problems or queries.

* Cost Management – to manage the project within budget, safeguarding the company’s financial position at all times.

* Management of all Site Operatives – to manage all staff including the appointment and review of all trade and subcontractors.

* Quality Control – to maintain high standards of quality on each project.

* Client Satisfaction – to develop and maintain good working relationships with design team / client and supply chain.

The Successful Site Supervisor:

* Track record of successful projects of high end hotel or residential projects in the London market place.

* In-depth knowledge of the construction process including both new build and fit-out / refurbishment

* The individual is also likely to have at least 5 years relevant experience
