Sous Chef - 2 Rosette 4-Star Hotel

One Warwick Park's 4-star boutique hotel's restaurant, SEVENTEEN, are seeking a Sous Chef to join their talented and passionate kitchen brigade. The restaurant, which is situated just a stone's throw away from the famous Pantiles and only a few minutes' walk from Tunbridge Wells train station brings a luxury guest experience to the town and has a track record of training and developing staff into senior positions.

Salary: £30,000-£37,000 (equivalent to £12.82-£15.81 per hour)

Hours: 45 hours per week


You will be catering for a 2 AA Rosette 70-seat restaurant, a 120-seat function room, bar food and room service. The restaurant serves British dishes using flavours and influences from around the world using modern cooking techniques, seasonality and presentation.

Experience and Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Sous Chef working in a 3/4-star hotel style environment
Hospitality & Catering NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification or experience
