Specialist business travel company are recruiting for a Hotel and Conference Consultant to work in their Events department to join their team based in Manchester. Working Monday to Friday office hours, the company are offering a competitive salary of around £19,000 (dependent on experience) + Bonus and Benefits.

Responsibilities for a Hotel and Conference Consultant include:
- Receive and deal with group Hotel, conference and event enquiries
- Booking worldwide hotels, conference facilities and some travel arrangements for a mixture of client accounts
- Negotiating rates and contracts
- Offering guidance and advice to clients

Required skills for a Hotel and Conference Consultant include:
* Previous groups Hotel or Conference or Events experience from either a Travel, Business Travel or Hospitality background
* Some GDS experience is an advantage but no essential
* Experience building client and supplier relationships
* Excellent attention to detail
