Description

We are seeking an administrator to handle a wide variety of office duties. The successful candidate will provide general day to day office support to staff at head office & on site. The Role will be a live in position at our Activity Centre in France:
 
The role will include the following duties;

- Handling daily telephone calls.
- Liasing with Administration team in head office
- General Office Administration duties such as opening of post, ensuring rotas and operating paperwork are displayed.
- Control & Replenishment of stock – Such as Food Ordering & Tuck Shop.
- Assisting with HR – Reporting back to Head Office Recruitment Team & ensuring all HR on site is up to date.
- Accurately updating systems and records as required.
- Maintain efficient filing systems.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have the following attributes;
- Excellent I.T. skills including a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package.
- Pleasant Telephone Manner
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to work within a team and individually
- High Level of honesty, accuracy and integrity
- Hardworking and professional approach
