ROLE: Assistant Hotel Manager

Location: Swindon

Salary: £22’000 - £24’000 plus Bonus

Bonus: Linked to personal KPI's Circa £2000-£3000 per annum

A unique opportunity has arisen for a passionate Deputy Hotel Manager / Deputy General Manager /Assistant Hotel Manager to join one of the areas fast paced Hotel Venues.

With the opportunity to not only manage the busy hotel operation but develop the business further. We are seeking an experienced Hotelier who can successfully operate a fast paced hotel, focusing on revenue and one that wants to join a worldwide player!

What Experience Do You Need? Assistant Hotel Manager

Minimum of 1 years’ experience as an Assistant Hotel Manager, Deputy Hotel Manager or Deputy General Manager of a fast paced and volume operation.
Commercial acumen.
An eye for detail.
Passion for very high customer service standards, with the ability to train and lead from the front.
Solid experience from rooms division.
Imagination and a ‘think out of the box’ personality.
Forward thinking.
The ability to take ownership of customer needs, business needs and your teams needs day to day.It is essential you have the aptitude and creative outgoing personality we are seeking – you must naturally be a leader and one that goes ‘above and beyond’.
