Are you an experienced Assistant Manager with F&B Hotel experience? We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our client’s hotel in Weybridge. Our client is offering a competitive salary with an opportunity to develop.

The successful Assistant Manager will have:

* Hotel food and beverage experience at supervisory level

* First-class customer service skills

* Good organisation skills

* Knowledge of liquor legislation and Health and Safety

* Ability to work flexible hours

Your role as an Assistant Manager:

* Assist the F&B Manager in restaurant, bar and event management

* Smooth running of FoH

* Support and manage your team

* Ensure company policies are adhered to
