Your New Job Responsibilities

As Chef de Partie you will be expected to work both independently and as part of a thriving team, you will be responsible for running and maintaining your section during service while always ensuring the highest quality of dishes is being delivered consistently. You will also ensure that all commis chefs are working to the highest standards possible, whilst assisting with their development.

Due to multiple food and beverage offerings, you will need to be flexible and adaptable to the different requirements of each outlet.

Your Experience, Qualifications and Personality

You should be able to demonstrate a strong background as a Chef de Partie, in a high-volume environment, showing a consistency in your work with an attention to detail at a high standard. With potential for professional growth within the team, this role could be perfect if you are ambitious and passionate about working in a kitchen and aspiring for success.
