Experienced Hotel Receptionist
Part-time - 3 to 4 shifts a week
Rate of pay: £9.00 Per Hour

Who are you?
You are a team player:
You are clean, tidy, on time and raring to go. You know that you are an essential part of the hotel team. The centre of communication for the hotel, you know that every call is potential revenue and you make sure all the messages get through to the right people. You might even do a bit of selling yourself if there is no one else to take the call. On top of that you make sure guest feedback is handled well and passed on the right person.
You are organised:
There is a queue at check out, the phone is ringing, a delivery driver is there with a parcel and a team member wants some keys. It’s all go, you are ticking things off the list and have the right priorities. All whilst being smiley, welcoming and generally wonderful. To you there is nothing more satisfying than putting a tick next to a completed task.
You are Committed & Curious:
You love to find out how things work, and are delighted when someone shares their knowledge with you and when you can share yours for the benefit of others. You want to carry out your tasks to the best of your ability and love to learn new ones too! You are committed to providing the highest levels of customer service in everything you do.
What’s Essential?
* You will be an experienced hotel receptionist looking for a new challenge, we give our teams a great deal of responsibility. Here you don’t just tick the check in box, you will be guiding customers through their whole journey with us.
* We are lucky enough to be in a beautiful area, but unfortunately that means you most likely need your own transport
* Your Written and spoken English is fluent
* Hospitality is hard work and we operate seven days a week from early morning until quite late at night, so flexibility is key. Although we work hard to help maintain a good balance for our teams.
* This role will have some weekend working and you should expect to work on key dates such as Mothers Day and during Christmas time/
