Food & Beverage Manager required for our client - a hotel located in the Hatfield Heath area. Transport will be required due to location. Possible live in accommodation available.

As Food & Beverage Manager you will be supporting the Hotel Manager, Deputy and Operations Manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of all the food and beverage service departments along with your team, ensuring that guests are provided with the best service.

For the opportunity of Food & Beverage Manager previous experience at an operational and managerial level is required from within a 3, 4 or 5 star country house style hotel establishment or similar.

Good management skills are essential along with a sales and standards focus, budgeting, financial and administration skills. You will be responsible for the development, training and supervision of your team to ensure standards are maintained and exceeded and customer expectations.

Duty Management will form part of your duties, along with a hands on approach as well as working closely with other senior management. This role will require that you work 5 days out of 7 on a weekly rota basis. You do need to be hands on.

The salary for Food & Beverage Manager / Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is given as up to £40,000 / per annum / plus a share of the grats and KPI’s. Transport will be required due to location and shifts should you live in the local area. Possible accommodation available of you need to relocate.
