Description

The main responsibilities of the Chalet Manager are to offer excellent customer service to all guests as well as being responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the chalet lodge.

As a very organised and efficient person, you will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the chalet across all areas through effective management and leadership.  Setting the standards in customer service through role model behaviour and being the first point of contact for customers.  You will ensure the integrity of the brand across all areas of the chalet.

You will be one of the main points of contact for guests so you must be able to build good relationships with the customers and assist them in all aspects of their skiing holiday. You will be their main point of contact and so happy dealing with a wide range of customer service issues in a professional, polite and effective manner - as well as being key to ensuring they get their most from their holiday with us.

You must also ensure a clean, tidy, organised and welcoming chalet is presented to every customer at all times. You will also be working very closely with the chef team to ensure hygiene standards in the kitchen are maintained and to oversee the kitchen budget as well as ensuring that all meal times run smoothly.

Requirements

We are looking for a mature, happy, outgoing and confident individual used to working as part of a team, preferably in the hospitality industry. Must be used to long hours and hard work but a great package, bonus scheme and plenty of ski time will  reward the right candidate.

Restaurant/hotel/bar work experience desirable. Full driving licence a big advantage.
