Description

Letchworth Hall Hotel is seeking a Head Housekeeper.This is a great opportunity to build your own team.

You will have experience within housekeeping and managing a team within a fast pace environment.

Job Specification:

Lead, manage and supervise Housekeeping Assistants to ensure the hotel achieves the standards required

Provide a high standard of cleaning and laundry

Ensure guests bedrooms are cleaned and turned around within a set time whilst adhering to brand standards

Prepare and maintain rota's ensuring the Housekeeping department are adequetly staffed at all times

Provide training

Work within an agreed budget guidelines on staff costs

Promote best practice through motivating staff and good employee relations

Understand and have the ability to adhere to health and safety/COSHH guidelines

Ensure furniture is polished and fittings and fabrics are cleaned to a specific standard.
