General Manager - This exquisite hotel in West London is looking for an experienced General Manager to join its team and manage its day-to-day operations and maximizes profitability as well as guest and team member satisfaction and communication with the hotel owners and head office. Key duties include:

*Managing the Hotel team and overall hotel targets to deliver an excellent guest experience.
*Manage ongoing profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met Lead in all key property issues including capital projects, customer service, and refurbishment
*Deliver achievable hotel budgets and set other short- and long- term strategic goals.
*Provide effective leadership to hotel team members
*Lead in all aspects of business planning
*Ensure costs are controlled and revenue opportunities are sourced and delivered
*Manage and develop the team to ensure career progression and effective succession planning within the JMK Group
*Hold regular briefings and communication meetings with the team
*Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved
*Ensures the development and execution of strategic sales, revenue and marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will be an experienced General Manager or Operations Manager within a hotel. While a qualification in Hotel Management would be useful, they would look at someone who has similar experience without the qualifications. A strong commercial acumen is key as is experience of managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting. Strong leadership skills are a must. Apply now for this excellent opportunity.
